Ingredients

1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
4 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup sliced cucumber
¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup sliced pickles

For the burger sauce:
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon pickle juice

Instructions

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook ground beef until browned.

  • Season beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  • Prepare vegetables by chopping lettuce and slicing tomatoes, cucumbers, and onion.

  • Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice for the sauce.

  • Place lettuce in bowls and top with warm beef.

  • Add tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, pickles, and cheese.

  • Drizzle burger sauce over the top and serve.
