Air Fryer Chicken Skewers are tender, seasoned chicken pieces cooked to juicy perfection with lightly crisp edges in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
8 skewers

Instructions

  • Cut chicken into 1 to 1½ inch cubes and pat dry.

  • Mix olive oil, lemon juice, and seasonings in a bowl.

  • Toss chicken in marinade and rest 15–20 minutes.

  • Thread chicken onto skewers.

  • Preheat air fryer to 380°F.

  • Cook skewers 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  • Rest briefly before serving.
