1½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
8 skewers
Cut chicken into 1 to 1½ inch cubes and pat dry.
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, and seasonings in a bowl.
