1 medium head green cabbage sliced
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 small onion chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
4 ounces cream cheese softened
1 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika optional
Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain excess grease.
Add onion and cook until softened. Stir in garlic briefly.
Mix in cream cheese until melted, then add heavy cream and seasoning. Simmer 3 to 5 minutes.
Combine cabbage with beef mixture and transfer to baking dish.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes.
