Chicken Caesar Flatbread is a crisp, creamy, and savory dish combining tender chicken, fresh romaine, and Parmesan on warm flatbread.
2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded
2 large flatbreads or naan
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
1/4 cup croutons, crushed (optional)
Fresh lemon wedges
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and brush flatbread with olive oil.
Bake flatbread 5–7 minutes until lightly crisp.
Warm and season chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing.
Spread a thin layer of dressing on flatbread.
Add chicken and sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
Top with dressed lettuce and optional toppings.
Finish with lemon juice and serve immediately.
Toast flatbread first, avoid excess dressing, and assemble just before serving for best texture.
