Chicken Caesar Flatbread is a crisp, creamy, and savory dish combining tender chicken, fresh romaine, and Parmesan on warm flatbread.

2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded
2 large flatbreads or naan
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
1/4 cup croutons, crushed (optional)
Fresh lemon wedges

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and brush flatbread with olive oil.

  • Bake flatbread 5–7 minutes until lightly crisp.

  • Warm and season chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing.

  • Spread a thin layer of dressing on flatbread.

  • Add chicken and sprinkle Parmesan cheese.

  • Top with dressed lettuce and optional toppings.

  • Finish with lemon juice and serve immediately.

Notes
