Tender chicken, melted cheese, fresh vegetables, and creamy garlic sauce wrapped in soft tortillas for a comforting and easy meal.

Ingredients

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  • Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook in olive oil 5–7 minutes per side. Slice thinly.

  • Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, and lemon juice for garlic sauce.

  • Warm tortillas, spread sauce, and layer lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, chicken, and cheese.

  • Roll tortillas tightly and toast 1–2 minutes per side. Garnish with parsley or cilantro.

  • Serve immediately.

Notes

For meal prep, add cheese and sauce just before serving. Use whole wheat or gluten-free tortillas
