1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped, for garnish
Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook in olive oil 5–7 minutes per side. Slice thinly.
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, and lemon juice for garlic sauce.
Warm tortillas, spread sauce, and layer lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, chicken, and cheese.
Roll tortillas tightly and toast 1–2 minutes per side. Garnish with parsley or cilantro.
Serve immediately.
