1 1/2 pounds ground beef 80/20
4 ounces cream cheese softened
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon cooked and chopped
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
2 green onions sliced
4 burger buns
Optional lettuce tomato pickles extra cheese slices
Cook bacon until crisp then chop.
In a bowl mix ground beef, cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, ranch seasoning, and green onions.
Shape into 4 patties with slight indentation in center.
Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.
Cook patties 4 to 5 minutes per side until desired doneness.
Add cheese slice during final minute if desired.
Toast buns lightly.
