Juicy Crack Burgers made with ground beef, cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, and ranch seasoning for a rich and flavorful meal.

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds ground beef 80/20
4 ounces cream cheese softened
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon cooked and chopped
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
2 green onions sliced
4 burger buns
Optional lettuce tomato pickles extra cheese slices

Instructions

  • Cook bacon until crisp then chop.

  • In a bowl mix ground beef, cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, ranch seasoning, and green onions.

  • Shape into 4 patties with slight indentation in center.

  • Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.

  • Cook patties 4 to 5 minutes per side until desired doneness.

  • Add cheese slice during final minute if desired.

  • Toast buns lightly.

  • Assemble burgers with toppings and serve warm.

Notes

Do not overmix meat to keep burgers tender. Let patties rest briefly before serving.
