1 lb ground beef
4 cups chopped green cabbage
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 oz cream cheese
½ cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp butter or olive oil
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a casserole dish.
Sauté onion in butter until soft. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until browned.
Stir in cabbage. Cook 5–7 minutes until slightly softened.
Add cream cheese and cream. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Transfer to baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes. Let rest before serving.
