A hearty, creamy casserole made with seasoned ground beef, tender cabbage, and a rich cheese sauce. Low-carb, satisfying, and perfect for cozy dinners.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
4 cups chopped green cabbage
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 oz cream cheese
½ cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp butter or olive oil
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a casserole dish.

  • Sauté onion in butter until soft. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.

  • Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until browned.

  • Stir in cabbage. Cook 5–7 minutes until slightly softened.

  • Add cream cheese and cream. Stir until smooth and creamy.

  • Transfer to baking dish and top with shredded cheese.

  • Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes. Let rest before serving.

Notes

Great for low-carb or keto meals. Add mushrooms or bell peppers for variation.
