Crockpot Garlic Butter Beef Bites with Potatoes

Tender beef bites and baby potatoes slow-cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce. Easy, hearty, and full of comforting flavor.

Ingredients

2 lbs beef chuck or stew meat, cubed
1½ lbs baby potatoes, halved if large
6 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup beef broth
1½ tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Optional: Sear beef in a skillet until browned.

  2. Add beef, potatoes, garlic, and seasonings to crockpot.

  3. Pour in melted butter and beef broth. Stir gently.

  4. Cook on Low for 7–8 hours or High for 4–5 hours.

  5. Stir, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

Use red or Yukon gold potatoes for best texture. Add carrots or mushrooms for extra veggies.
