3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons mirin
1 tablespoon sake optional
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon honey
2 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon ginger grated
2 green onions cut into pieces
1 tablespoon oil
Wooden skewers soaked

Instructions

  • Simmer soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, honey, garlic, and ginger to make sauce.
