6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
16 ounces frozen potstickers
2 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 cup thinly sliced carrots
2 cups baby spinach
2 green onions sliced

Instructions

  • Heat pot over medium and sauté garlic and ginger briefly.

  • Add broth, soy sauce, and sesame oil; bring to a gentle boil.

  • Add carrots and simmer 3 to 4 minutes.

  • Add frozen potstickers and cook 5 to 7 minutes until tender.

  • Stir in spinach during the last minute until wilted.

  • Taste and adjust seasoning.

  • Ladle into bowls and garnish with green onions.

Notes

Do not thaw potstickers before cooking.
Add chili sauce for heat if desired.
Cook noodles separately if adding to avoid thickening the broth.
