Irish Jambon Pastries are flaky puff pastry cups filled with creamy ham and cheese, baked until golden and crisp.
1 sheet puff pastry
1 cup diced cooked ham
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking tray.
Roll puff pastry and cut into squares.
Press pastry squares into muffin tin wells.
Mix ham, cheddar, cream cheese, milk, mustard, and pepper.
Spoon filling into pastry cups.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until pastry is golden.
Cool slightly before serving.
Allow the pastries to cool slightly before removing from the pan so the filling sets.
