Irish Jambon Pastries are flaky puff pastry cups filled with creamy ham and cheese, baked until golden and crisp.

Ingredients

1 sheet puff pastry
1 cup diced cooked ham
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking tray.

  • Roll puff pastry and cut into squares.

  • Press pastry squares into muffin tin wells.

  • Mix ham, cheddar, cream cheese, milk, mustard, and pepper.

  • Spoon filling into pastry cups.

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until pastry is golden.

  • Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Allow the pastries to cool slightly before removing from the pan so the filling sets.
