1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
1 cup cucumber diced
1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
1/2 cup Kalamata olives
1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
1 cup tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  • Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.

  • Marinate chicken at least 30 minutes.

  • Cook chicken until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  • Rest and slice chicken.
