Warm, crispy tortilla wraps filled with smoky bacon, fresh lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and a creamy spread.

Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas
8 slices bacon
2 cups shredded lettuce
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt
Black pepper
1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
1 tablespoon butter or olive oil

Instructions

  • Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp, then drain.

  • Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder in a bowl.

  • Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.

  • Layer lettuce, tomato slices, bacon, and cheese if using.

  • Fold sides inward and roll tightly into wraps.

  • Heat a skillet with butter or oil over medium heat.

  • Place wraps seam-side down and grill until golden on both sides.
