Flavorful Dinner Delight featuring pan-seared chicken in a creamy garlic herb sauce served over rice with sautéed vegetables.

Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic minced
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 cups uncooked long-grain white rice
1 red bell pepper sliced
1 zucchini sliced
1 carrot thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper.

  • Sear chicken in olive oil until cooked through and remove.

  • Sauté garlic in same pan.

  • Add broth and simmer.

  • Stir in cream and seasoning and cook until thickened.

  • Add Parmesan and return chicken to pan.

  • Cook rice separately.

  • Sauté vegetables until tender.

  • Serve chicken over rice with sauce and vegetables.
