2 pounds beef chuck roast cut into cubes
3 tablespoons butter melted
4 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon olive oil optional for searing
Fresh parsley chopped optional

Instructions

  • Cut beef into bite-sized cubes and pat dry.

  • Optional sear beef in olive oil until browned.

  • Transfer beef to slow cooker.

  • Mix melted butter, garlic, seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  • Pour mixture over beef and add broth.
