Honey Glazed Carrots and Green Beans are sautéed vegetables coated in a light honey butter glaze for a sweet and savory side dish.

Ingredients

2 cups sliced carrots
2 cups green beans, trimmed
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.

  • Add sliced carrots and sauté for 4–5 minutes.

  • Add green beans and cook another 4–5 minutes.

  • Stir in minced garlic and cook briefly.

  • Drizzle honey over vegetables and toss to coat.

  • Season with salt and pepper and cook until tender.

  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Roasting the vegetables before glazing can create deeper caramelized flavor.
