1 cup all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Garnish:

Sliced green onions
Preheat oven to 425°F and line baking sheet.
Mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, and water into batter.
Coat cauliflower and place on baking sheet.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes, turning halfway.
Simmer sauce ingredients until slightly thickened.
Toss baked cauliflower with sauce and return to oven 5 to 8 minutes.
