3 cloves garlic minced
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Season and dredge chicken lightly in flour.

  • Sear in olive oil 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

  • Remove chicken and melt butter in skillet.

  • Sauté garlic briefly.
