1½ lbs ground beef
6–8 slices bacon
½ cup chopped onion (optional)
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 oz cream cheese
1½ cups shredded cheddar or mozzarella
4 large eggs
½ cup heavy cream
Salt, pepper, ½ tsp paprika
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13-inch dish.
Cook bacon until crisp. Chop and set aside.
Brown beef with onion and garlic. Drain fat.
Stir in cream cheese until melted and creamy.
Transfer beef to baking dish. Top with bacon and shredded cheese.
Whisk eggs, cream, and seasonings. Pour over beef.
Bake 25–30 minutes until set. Rest 5 minutes before slicing.
