Ingredients

lbs ground beef
6–8 slices bacon
½ cup chopped onion (optional)
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 oz cream cheese
1½ cups shredded cheddar or mozzarella
4 large eggs
½ cup heavy cream
Salt, pepper, ½ tsp paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13-inch dish.

  • Cook bacon until crisp. Chop and set aside.

  • Brown beef with onion and garlic. Drain fat.

  • Stir in cream cheese until melted and creamy.

  • Transfer beef to baking dish. Top with bacon and shredded cheese.

  • Whisk eggs, cream, and seasonings. Pour over beef.

  • Bake 25–30 minutes until set. Rest 5 minutes before slicing.
