Mustard Hasselback Kielbasa Bites are smoky sliced sausages roasted with a tangy mustard glaze, creating a perfect bite-sized appetizer for gatherings.
14 ounces kielbasa sausage
2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet.
Slice kielbasa across the top without cutting all the way through.
Mix mustard, honey, olive oil, and garlic powder to make glaze.
Brush glaze over the sliced sausage.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until edges are lightly crisp.
Brush additional glaze halfway through cooking.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Do not cut completely through the sausage when making the Hasselback slices.
