Mustard Hasselback Kielbasa Bites are smoky sliced sausages roasted with a tangy mustard glaze, creating a perfect bite-sized appetizer for gatherings.

Ingredients

14 ounces kielbasa sausage
2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet.

  • Slice kielbasa across the top without cutting all the way through.

  • Mix mustard, honey, olive oil, and garlic powder to make glaze.

  • Brush glaze over the sliced sausage.

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until edges are lightly crisp.

  • Brush additional glaze halfway through cooking.

  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Do not cut completely through the sausage when making the Hasselback slices.
