1 pound lean ground beef
3 cloves garlic minced
3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 red bell pepper sliced
2 cups broccoli florets
1 carrot sliced
3 cups cooked jasmine rice
2 green onions sliced
1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook rice and keep warm.

  2. Brown ground beef in skillet and drain excess fat.

  3. Add garlic and cook briefly.

  4. Stir in soy sauce, sriracha, brown sugar, and sesame oil.

  5. Remove beef and stir-fry vegetables.

  6. Return beef to skillet and combine.

  7. Serve over rice and garnish.
